NEXT DAY DELIVERY:

Next day delivery is open for selected locations only. Only for locations we state below. Next day delivery is only valid when orders are made before 4.00pm. Delivery fee will not follow our standard delivery fee stated. Delivery fee may vary depending on your location. Next day delivery is made possible by our partnership with delivery service of Lalamove and Mr.Speedy. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) IS NOT AVAILABLE.

Return & Exchange Policy

Want to return an item? It's easy.

Make sure your item is returnable with the following check list

- Within 30 days of receipt

- Invoice available

- Original condition & tags intact

- Original packaging.

NOTE: In light of COVID-19, please drop off your return items via Ninja Van Hubs or Poslaju, PostCo, or CollectCo branches (MBE Mail Boxes). You may also schedule a return pick up with Grab (to be paid by customer). Learn more about our return process at the FAQ section. Safe shopping!
