How do I make payment?

We accept online banking and transfer as any online store do. Just the same way as you make payment for when you purchase goods on Shopee, Zalora etc. Our customer care will guide you step by step on how to make your payment as you place your order.
Is COD (Cash On Delivery) available?

No. This service is unavailable at the moment. Due to the social distancing order here in Malaysia, we're doing our part as responsible citizen to avoid any unneccessary contact possible and provide you with contactless delivery.
Which courier service do you use?

We use the courier service of Ninja Van Malaysia (for Peninsula Malaysia deliveries) to guarantee you a smooth and fast delivery service. Whereas for East Malaysia, we use the courier service of J&T Express, PosLaju amd City Link. For delivery estimation, visit our Shipping & Returns page.
How much is postage fee?

Postage fee for Peninsula Malaysia: RM8 Postage fee for East Malaysia: RM13
